What is an AI-Firster?

AI-Firster (noun): An individual, organization, or product that prioritizes artificial intelligence (AI) as a fundamental component of its decision-making processes, operational strategies, or innovative endeavors, rather than employing AI as a supplementary or peripheral tool. Characterized by a forward-thinking approach, an AI-Firster individual actively embraces AI’s potential to enhance efficiency, foster creativity, and achieve competitive advantages. This mindset is marked by proactive experimentation, curiosity about AI’s capabilities, and a commitment to leveraging AI to transform traditional methods and achieve superior outcomes.Note: The hyphenated form "AI-Firster" is used here for formal clarity and adherence to standard English conventions, though the non-hyphenated "AIFirster" may appear in informal or tech-centric contexts.

While most people ignore the transformations happening around, and still others prefer to burry their heads in the sand, the AI-Firster has "seen the light" and understands that AI fundamentally changes all the premises that underlay traditional workplaces and services.The AI-Firsters are not looking for ways to tack a little bit of AI into existing services, they are seeking to understand what are the new opportunities only made possible by AI and creating new ideas and concepts with AI at their core.Being an AI-Firster is about working smarter, with the help of AI, to accomplish what would have previously been impossible.
